Strukchad

Strukchad is construction management software for Kenyan contractors and developers. It brings attendance, material movement, site reports and project costs into one view, so site and office teams work from the same records. Foremen and storekeepers use the mobile app at the site. Attendance saves with no signal and syncs when the connection returns. Deliveries record delivered vs accepted quantities, and only accepted goods go into stock. The issue log records who collected materials. The office gets projects with BoQ import, purchase requests, RFQs by email or WhatsApp, purchase orders with sequential approvals, stock per store and project, and budgets and costs. Projects, employees, casuals and subcontractors can be imported from Excel.
